Shipping and Handling Policy:

www.Tyagi.com.au, referred to below as Tyagi, is an online retailer of consumer goods.

At Tyagi we take utmost care in dispatching your item. We have created this Policy to govern how we process your order.

  • Your order will be processed within 24 hours after receipt of payment. Orders placed on weekends or Public holidays will be processed the next working day.

  • We will deliver each ordered product/s to the place of delivery designated by you.

  • The estimated delivery times for products are during business hours (9am to 5pm) Monday to Friday excluding NSW Public Holidays.

  • We cannot advise on a specific delivery time, our couriers deliver during business hours only.

  • Estimated delivery times may vary due to circumstances beyond our control.

  • If your order is delivered by our courier service and the specified recipient is unable to accept delivery, a card with our contact details will be left at the premises. Please be sure to contacts us and arrange an alternative time and date for delivery.

  • Please contact our Customer Service Team if you plan to change your delivery address after payment.

  • All our goods are securely packed with care. Customer is responsible to inspect the goods on receipt. All our goods are covered under transit insurance; however this insurance is not applicable if customer is unable to report the damage within 7 days of receipt of the item.

 

Payment Methods and Processing:

  • We currently accept VISA and MasterCard credit cards and debit cards only.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding NSW Public holidays

  • We process payments only after you successfully complete the checkout.

  • Your tax invoice is your proof of purchase and is required for any warranty claims.

  •  All purchases include GST unless otherwise stated.

  • We endeavour to display products at a competitive price.

  • We reserve the right to modify prices published on our website at any time.

 

Return Policy:

We would like you to be happy with your purchase. To return or exchange a product, please email info@tyagi.com.au, within 7 days of receipt of your purchase to process it for return or exchange. We will gladly replace any damaged or defective item immediately or refund your original purchase price.

 

7 Day Money Back Guarantee:

All Tyagi Products come with 7 Day Money Back Guarantee for your piece of mind. So if for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, simply return the product to us and we will refund the full purchase price, no questions asked. The 7 Day Money Back Guarantee is an agreement between the purchaser (“the customer”) and Tyagi International Pty Ltd (“Tyagi”) and is bound by the terms and conditions contained herein.

  • 1. The 7 day period will commence from the date that the customer receives their product. Where there is no receipt of delivery this date shall be assumed to be 3 business days from the date of dispatch.

  • 2. Where a product is within the 7 day period and a refund is requested, Tyagi will refund the original product purchase price only. The following fees and/or charges will not be reimbursed:
  1. a. Delivery charges from Tyagi to the customer
  2. b. Cost of return of goods from the customer to Tyagi
  3. c. Insurance costs
  4. d. Product Handling Charges
  5. e. Returned goods must be in their original packaging with all accessories, and be in a resell able condition.
  • 3. Where an item is found to be faulty within the first 7 days, Tyagi will provide a NEW Replacement as outlined in the Tyagi Warranty terms and conditions. Where a new replacement is not available, Tyagi will refund the product purchase price including delivery charges.

  • 4. Where the customer elects to receive a refund instead of a replacement, the reimbursed amount will be as outlined in Section 2

  • 5. Tyagi reserves the right to make changes to these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
